Unprocessed film
This category includes highly sensitive photographic film and materials. Such cargo may be presented for X-ray security screening only with prior approval from the shipper, as specified in the shipper’s instructions or the AWB.
Staff receiving the cargo must inform the shipper about the possibility of X-ray security screening. Cargo must not be subjected to X-ray security screening if the AWB and each package are marked with "DO NOT X-RAY".
Cargo requiring careful handling
Authorized CHA/GHA personnel must handle cargo strictly in accordance with the labels and shipper’s instructions indicated on the packaging.
Fragile cargo
Packaging requirements:
- Packaging in at least two layers;
- Use of cushioning material;
- Marking of individual parts of the shipment.
The shipper is responsible for proper packaging and marking of individual parts of the shipment.
Non-tiltable cargo
Moisture-sensitive cargo
Shipments that must be protected from snow, rain, and humidity must be labeled with the "Keep Dry" sticker.
