General Provisions
To arrange cargo and mail on passenger flights of JSC AK "Ural Airlines", it is necessary to follow the provisions of the "Technology for Booking and Processing Cargo Transportation".
Failure by the Cargo Agent to comply with the Carrier’s requirements, rules, and instructions may result in penalties in accordance with the ADM Policy.
The procedures for acceptance and handling of cargo on flights of JSC Ural Airlines are carried out in accordance with:

Responsible cargo handling staff of agents, ensuring booking and acceptance of cargo for transportation, must ensure that cargo unacceptable for air transport or not meeting transportation requirements, standards, and instructions is not accepted for carriage.
