Ural Airlines carried over 4 million passengers since the beginning of the year
In the first six months of 2019, Ural Airlines transported 4,242,555 passengers (+8% compared to 2018). On domestic routes – 2,057,414 passengers, and on international routes – 2,185,141 passengers. During this period, the airline operated 29,237 flights (+4% compared to 2018), including 14,536 domestic and 14,701 international flights. Passenger turnover increased by 10% to reach 10,364,646 thousand passenger-kilometers.
In June 2019, 944,120 passengers used the airline’s services, 3% more than in June 2018. On domestic routes, 444,445 passengers were carried, and on international routes – 499,675 passengers. In June, Ural Airlines operated 6,049 flights, including 3,080 international and 2,969 domestic flights.
The most popular destinations in June were Anapa, Simferopol, and Sochi from Yekaterinburg and Moscow, as well as Moscow–Kaliningrad and Moscow–Saint Petersburg. Among international routes, passengers most frequently flew from Moscow to Yerevan, Larnaca, Barcelona, Prague, and Tel Aviv, and from Yekaterinburg to Prague and Beijing.
