Ural Airlines has carried over 5 million passengers since the beginning of the year
Over the first seven months of 2019, Ural Airlines carried 5,311,162 passengers (+7% compared to 2018). On domestic flights (DML), 2,603,103 passengers were transported, and on international flights (IML), 2,708,059 passengers. During this period, a total of 35,645 flights were operated (+3% compared to 2018), including 17,945 domestic and 17,700 international flights. Passenger turnover increased by 9% and amounted to 12,892,301 thousand passenger-kilometers.
In July 2019, the airline served 1,068,607 passengers, 7% higher than in July 2018. On domestic flights, 545,689 passengers were carried, and on international flights – 522,918 passengers. In July, Ural Airlines operated 6,408 flights, including 2,999 international and 3,409 domestic flights.
The most popular destinations in July were Anapa, Simferopol, and Sochi from Yekaterinburg and Moscow, as well as Moscow–Kaliningrad and Moscow–Saint Petersburg. Among international flights, passengers most often flew from Moscow to Yerevan, Larnaca, Barcelona, Prague, and Tel Aviv, and from Yekaterinburg to Prague and Beijing.
