Every year, the German audit company Jacdec publishes a ranking of the world’s safest airlines. The list includes one hundred airlines whose safety is evaluated based on various criteria: the number of aviation incidents over the past 30 years, the average fleet age, safety audits by international organizations such as IOSA and ICAO, route network, and other factors. In 2019, Ural Airlines was included in this ranking for the first time.

Flight safety is a top priority for the airline. Ural Airlines has built a multi-level system to ensure a high level of reliability in every flight and its preparation: from the work of technical personnel, qualified pilots, and trained cabin crew to the presence of its own aviation technical center, which enables the airline to perform all types of ground maintenance for its aircraft. The carrier is a member of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and regularly undergoes audits that confirm its commitment to maintaining a high standard of flight safety in accordance with international standards.
